Twin Rinks Instructional Adult Hockey League

Instructional Adult Hockey classes are designed for those individuals with minimal or no previous hockey experience who want to develop their skills and learn to play the game. The goal is for each participant to graduate from instructional classes and join our beginner hockey league.

Instructors will teach basic skills, concepts and rules of hockey. Emphasis on Skating, Stickhandling, Shooting, Passing and Positioning.

Sessions are divided between training (drills) and scrimmage.

No Checking.

Sunday nights 7:00pm to 8:30pm.

Full equipment required: HECC approved helmet w/full face covering, shoulder pads, elbow pads, gloves, pants, shin guards, hockey skates, and a hockey stick.

All players must register and pay AAU and email us the confirmation form.
