AAU Insurance Registration Instructions

We are using AAU insurance for our Mite youth league, Adult league and Officials.
Membership year runs from September 1 to August 31.

Youth Player instructions:
Click Apply for Youth Athlete Membership
Click Log-in and create a login or use exhisting
Under Get a Membership, Click Athlete Membership
Click Youth Athlete Membership
Select Sport pull down Hockey-Ice
Coverage:
Extended coverage $22 for AAU members while they participate in events hosted by other sports entities (not the AAU)]
Regular coverage $20 for AAU members in AAU events.
Choose 1 year or 2 years of membership
Are they a member of a club? Click Yes
Zip Code: enter 60089
Select your club: scroll to Twin Rinks Ice Pavilion, Inc - RSEE9Y45
Enter your club code: should populate with RSEE9Y45
Enter players information
Click *I understand and agree to all terms and conditions listed
Fill out parent/guardian info
Complete the credit card information

Adult Player instructions:
Click Apply for Adult Athlete Membership
Click Log-in and create a login or use exhisting
Under Get a Membership, Click Athlete Membership
Click Get started (blue box)
For 9-1-25 only click Sign up at the bottom to create a new Log-in for this year
Enter info, you can use the same email and password. Check boxes and click Sign up
For other years enter your email and password
For Step 1 - Dashboard if your name is not shown click Add new athlete, make sure you select Twin Rinks Ice Pavilion as your club
Click Next step (blue box on bottom)
(they no longer offer standard coverage)
Extended Coverage 35.00 covers AAU members in AAU events and events hosted by other sports entities
Agree and sign then Next step
Proceed to payment
Click on down arrow in the Order
Click on Membership card
Download as PDF file and email to esubs

Officials instructions:
Click Non-Athlete Membership
Click Log-in and create a login or use exhisting
Under Get a Membership, Click Non-Athlete Membership
Click I am signing up for myself
Click Non-Athlete - Coaches, Officials, etc. (ADULTS ONLY) Fill in your information
Click Adult Program

Extended coverage $57 for AAU members while they participate in events hosted by other sports entities (not the AAU)]
Regular coverage $55 for AAU members in AAU events.

They will send an email for you to approve the background check.
After the background check (8-10 days) they will email you your AAU card.
